Is the home I see on the Internet the one I get? Yes, we guarantee that the home you reserve on our website, is the home you will be staying in. Do you allow pets? Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in any of the homes. How close are the homes and condos to the beach? Our home at 10 E. 10th Street is on the beach block. Our 310 77th Street home is 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. Is there shopping near by? Our homes are a short walk or drive from area shopping. Is the property fully equipped? Yes. |
Is there air conditioning and heat? Yes.
Are linens and towels provided? No, all linens are the responsibility of the lessee.
Are the properties cleaned daily? No, the owner provides cleaning at end of rental period, HOWEVER, tenants must do the following before vacating:
- Make all beds
- Straighten all rooms. Put
furniture back where it was found (inside and out).
Pick up everything off all floors in all rooms (included bathroom)
- Empty refrigerator and cabinets of all food and wipe refrigerator
interior. Clean off all counter
tops. Broom sweep floors
- Trash is to be properly recycled and contained.
Tenants are to follow strict trash pick up schedule
- Grill is provided for your enjoyment.
Fill empty gas canister if necessary and burn food of all burners
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS of any kind, at any time for any period
of time.
- If the house requires extensive cleaning and trash is not disposed of
properly, the security deposit will be deducted the required amount to cover
the additional cleaning etc.
Are the properties non-smoking? Yes, all of our properties are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside of the property only.
How long has AVH/Pyle Rentals been in business? Pyle Rentals is in its 9th year of business.
